Hi-Tech
blue mirror make your driving safety.
Blue Mirror was designed to increase the contrast and reduce the glare of high beam from car behind, which is especially useful for halogen headlights. The reflection characteristics of these mirrors in the visible spectral range have been selected to enhance the reflection of the blue, shorter wavelengths of the daylight, that is the reason these mirrors have been called “Blue Mirror”. These mirrors are stable at temperature of up to the softening point of the glass. Therefore, these mirrors can be formed into convex shapes at higher temperature, to increase the field of view.
Jin Dai “Blue Mirror” is produced by chemical dipping method, which is different from the conventional vacuum sputtering method. Our blue mirror has consistent quality and excellent performance. We are not only provide blue mirror for most of the passenger car models by customer order, but also provide oversized blue mirror for heavy vehicle such as trucks and buses. The specifications of our blue mirror is shown as following:

OPTICAL DESIGN
The blue mirror is multi-layer coated to achieve the requirement of anti-glare and contrast enhancement performance. The materials used in this process are metal oxides such as SiO2 or TiO2. The structure of this optical design is show as following:
ADVANTAGES
The
advantages of our blue mirror compared with conventional
back view chromium mirror even vacuum sputtering blue
mirror is:
1.
State-of-art optical multi-layer coating,
excellent performance of anti-glare and contrast
enhancement.
2.
Clear and smooth view, superior for driving at
night and snow environment.
3.
Mirror surface is highly scratch and chemical
resistance.
4.
Flat, convex and aspheric are available for all
product.
5.
Consistent in-line process quality with
consistent blue color shade.

COATING STRUCTURE
The
glass substrate surface coating is illustrated as
following:
The
materials coated on the glass are metal oxides, such as
titanium oxide and silicon oxides, on both sides in a
symmetric format. Black back painting performs to block
out any transmitting light sources from backside. After
heat treatment at high temperature, this coating
material has converted from amorphous to crystal form
therefore it has superior scratch and chemical
resistance.
COLOR
SHADE
The
color shade of our blue mirror is tested by Datacolor V2
spectrometer which is using D65 as the standard light
source. All samples are tested under identical condition
and same machine.
